"Although this is a snack-bar (brasserie), their snacks are quite elaborated, many of them with an interesting and delicious local touch. "Le 58" is actually something in between a snacks-bar and a restaurant, in my opinion. I had a tasty sandwich with local cured ham (copa), local cheese and tomatoes. My daughter had a brocciu stuffed something, very atractive looking and delicious, according to her (brocciu is a local cheese, similar to ricotta). Then, there was a salad with figatelli terrine (typical Corsican spread prepared from pork liver, eggs and Mediterranean herbs). Took here a late lunch as we arrived late airport and all the sophisticated restaurants in the area closed their kitchen for lunch service. However, we enjoyed Le 58 dishes a lot. Not only in terms of taste and prices - more reasonable than everywhere in the area: the portions were also generous. I even ordered a shot of pastis after meal, to fix my digestion."
