"order was made and apparently collected, went on a tour over 2 stalls, hanged near and not up, cried, they hanged, order registered as delivered (it was not) cried again, no answer, cried again, said it was apparently ditched. a sidebar without even ringing doorbell delivered. the supplier returned and gave a screw-in damaged bundle and frightened. cold, late, when the half is missing. family of 5 tired and hungry with a ruined Saturday night. dear nando, but this is unacceptable. requested reimbursement, except it was a 25% refund. had to call 3 times to get back the terrible experience. we'll see if it's coming. the last delivery we were made from the same place was from nando’s before 3 weeks. that the refund is still to be materialized. I was a big fan, but I never command."
