"We visited while on holiday and first impressions were excellent, we ordered at the bar as the app was not working, and were told after ordering (and paying) that certain items were not available. We ordered alternatives which were not as expensive and were not even offered the difference back or any acknowledgement that we had now overpaid. The food was average, slightly burnt cold burger buns and all the meals were just a bit plain overall. Definitely deserve the 3 stars for the decor and lovely atmosphere of the place."

Steak Frites was a disappointment. No Garlic whatsoever despite it being mentioned in the menu. Also wait at the bar on both rounds was silly.

I have not tried the food here, so I cannot comment on it, but the menu appears to be appealing. This restaurant is a great choice to explore new dishes and definitely worth a visit.

I went yesterday to Brewhouse and kitchen for the first time. I absolutely loved the ambience and customer service. There are plenty of lovely places to choose for sitting inside or out on the backyard. I really recommend this place and thanks for reading

The name of this place says it all. It's not your typical pub, but they serve their own delicious beer as well as Augustiner Helles in bottles. The food is typical of an English pub - nothing extraordinary, but tasty. While there are no standout culinary highlights, it's still quite good. The service is very friendly, and the men's toilet is interesting. The beer garden located behind the house is a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in Bournemouth.
