"When we arrived without having booked a Friday night, we had trouble going to the restaurant's reception area. Staff in great discussion at the hotel's reception noticed us but didn't do anything to help us. After finding the desired area of reception, and having seen passing in front of us several staff members who did not worry about our expectations, we were taken care of by a very pleasant person and installed at one of the few unserved tables. After more than 10 minutes of waiting, without anyone showing us any interest, despite a lot of staff, we decided to leave this restaurant without ordering. A waitress found that we were leaving, looked at us with insistence but did not do anything to know what was going on. Demonstrably poor at the entrance and total disorganization of the table service probably due to the inexperience of a seemingly young and lacking professional team. Too bad, we wanted to discover this restaurant, in a pleasant setting, and if necessary to come back often..."
