The Carpedien team has beautifully taken up the challenge and welcomed us in their gently heated pergola, in a very cozy and colorful atmosphere. The welcome cocktail, concocted by the bartender, was simply sublime. The boards were all generous, varied, refined and excellent.Mention very special to the truffled croque-monsieur... and to the Carpedien bowl poké, whose recipe is the chef's specialty: an absolute delight! The wines, chosen meticulously, are splendid. The service was ideal in terms of timing, and very careful. The play-list of the mood music was very pleasant.Very, everything was perfect.
