We ate wild oysters, a St James tartre, a Risotto in Chorizo and Saint James, local cheeses (very good) and a dome of chocolate and exotic fruit. It was just delicious. The staff is very pleasant and connoisseur. The restaurant is very pleasant, a beautiful kitchen and a remarkable hygiene. Probably one of the best restaurants I could make. We know our address on Cabourg now!"
