"we had a rather regrettable experience. overall the arrival was warm and the service was occasionally good, especially sommelier. However, the 5 cursor menu was used to color. the waiting period between each course was between 25 and 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the waiting staff did not manage the situation well, no apology, the water and the brot left empty. this was not helped by plates that come into other tables. the apology when she was prompted was a bit like being in an episode of fawlty towers. I realize that this was probably a rare chaos, given many great reviews, but I can't recommend this restaurant and would not trust gennaroamitrano for a celebration or special occasion."
