"On Saturday Sept. 17, 2016 Me and a group of my friends (12 people in total) went to have lunch at old Wild West carosello. We ordered drinks and soft drinks but unfortunately the soft drinks were flate, they had no soda. When paying our bill, we informed the cashier that our drinks had no soda, hoping to receive an apology, but to our surprise the cashier said that this is how fountain drinks are and he added unfortunately this is not what I want to do for a living. Instead of apologizing he said next time ask for a can of pop. After this incident we all decide not to go back to this location again. We are hoping that his superiors take appropriate action so that future customers don't have to deal with this kind of rudeness. The staff at this location needs to attend a customer service training course to learn how to properly deal with their customers."
