"On Saturday Sept. 17, 2016 Me and a group of my friends (12 people in total) went to have lunch at old Wild West carosello. We ordered drinks and soft drinks but unfortunately the soft drinks were flate, they had no soda. When paying our bill, we informed the cashier that our drinks had no soda, hoping to receive an apology, but to our surprise the cashier said that this is how fountain drinks are and he added unfortunately this is not what I want to do for a living. Instead of apologizing he said next time ask for a can of pop. After this incident we all decide not to go back to this location again. We are hoping that his superiors take appropriate action so that future customers don't have to deal with this kind of rudeness. The staff at this location needs to attend a customer service training course to learn how to properly deal with their customers."

Pranzo pausa, piatto consumato dal menu di pranzo dal lunedì al venerdì, buon, ma servizio lento per una pausa pranzo in giornata di lavoro. Buon caffè.

Il cibo è buono ma il servizio è pessimo..2/3 ragazze che servono ai tavoli e poi devono fare anche le cassiere sono veramente poche per il mezzogiorno della domenica..si fa una coda lunga e i tavoli non vengono nemmeno puliti.

Going to go against the grain and admit it, Old Wild West is just okay. Steaks aren't bad but not special. Certainly not top rate and not worth it. The ambience was nice and the wait staff professional. The prices were somewhat inflated for what we received.

Il posto si trova all'interno del centro commerciale Carosello. Pertanto è sempre abbastanza pieno; soprattutto nei weekend. Il vantaggio però è quello di avere tutto vicino: pranzi/ceni, negozi, fai la spesa, parcheggio (coperto/scoperto). Rapporto qualità/prezzo nella media, come altri posti simili. Personale cordiale e disponibile.
