"Very disappointing, lock of the broken room so I find myself with a key and lock that moves in all directions (we feel safe broken heating so they put a small heating blowing in the room so either you are hot with a noise of blowing that prevents you from sleeping all night or then you are cold but you are quiet. And when you dare to talk about it, the manager explains that it’s hard to make things right now. So the price is well in the standard best western but the quality is very far away. So unless you have a toolbox with you but otherwise run the hotel, there’s another much better quality."

"De très bons plats tout en finesse. Avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le menu du chef propose un bon choix de plats qui ont tous une petite touche originale et nous enchantent surtout par leurs doux parfums.Le menu est à 32,50 euros.On a passé un très bon moment, avec la meilleur vue possible sur la Sèvres et sur le château de clisson."

"LA CASCADE s'était tarie il y a plusieurs années. Quel plaisir de retrouver ce restaurant ouvert au bord de l'eau : un équipe jeune et enthousiaste avec le désir de bien faire est là pour nous accueillir en ce juillet ensoleillé. La carte est courte mais suffisante pour avoir une bonne impression d'un déjeuner sans histoire. Le service avenant. Le vin au verre très honorable même si le RIESLING de Gorges reste une curiosité plutôt qu'un bon vin. Par contre le PINOT NOIR du Charitois vaut bien le MENNETOU SALON et SANCERRE rouge pas très éloignés. Mais on était venu pour manger et les recettes un peu courtes étaient du plus bel effet. Encore un effort et cette nouvelle équipe aura sa place dans l'offre de restauration clissonnaise. Bon courage..."
