"I have been ordering food with them from last 4 years. friendly staff until one staff got rude over the phone for me asking him to change toppings .. there has been number of times where they have not followed instructions where you ask them to put desired topping but they will end up forgetting it and since you have waited for almost and hour extremely hungry you tend to eat and ignore.. many times i have witnessed pizza was burned underneath and went back to get it changed once guy gave me someone else onion ring instead of potato wages and i had to go all the way back to store.. well this time, i so tired and wanted to order pizza guy over the phone Sajan didn't sound pleasant and was patience told him to change two toppings and he kept saying tell me what topping you want ... but didn't want to listen to what i wanted to remove as i had bad experiences on number of occasions where they still ending up putting what i asked to remove.. i asked him many times to listen but he insisted to just tell him what topping i want that put me off and i told him let me come to speak to you in store and asked him his name he completely ignore my question and hanged the phone aggressively. i went to restaurant this guy did't want accept that he gave me bad customer service and he got joined with his colleague Arora who did't sound interested to listen to my complaint instead wanted to get rid of my by taking my order ..did't listen to me and kept telling me that he knows what i am trying to say.. eventually he told me lets take order and i will deliver as other guy didn't want to deliver anything below £13 now order came up to £10 and now they didn't want to deliver for that price.... this is really bad customer service where guy doen't listen to you when you come to store they team up to protect their fault and not giving customer appreciation for coming in and making complaint for what they can improve their customer service.. so they did't want to deliver and i was not happy so i asked both of their names and asked if i can see manager guy Arora did't seem to know where is manager or if they have manager... told me to go and come back as they are very busy... i had to return home hungry without any food.. not going back to them and will stop my family friend to stop spending money on this shop where customers are not cared at all.. so bad so bad so bad.. really disappointed.."

"Been meaning to go to the Store for a roast dinner for a while as i have eaten here before and the atmosphere, drinks and food have always been top. Unfortunately the roast dinner did not live up to expectations. The roast beef is 19£ in which you would expect it to be very high standard. We ordered all the sides as it was a girly get together and we had been looking forward to the roast for ages. To our surprise, the food came out pretty quick we ordered 2 x beef and 1 chicken. The beef had 1 slice of beef 2 potato 2 carrots some sort of small onion cabbage thing and 1 piece of broccoli and a dried out Yorkshire pudding FOR 19£!! I couldn't believe it, our sides then came out the cauliflower cheese had hardly any cheese or sauce, the pigs in blankets were burnt and some missing blankets, the stuffing was the only decent side. My other friends chicken then came out which looked like a better portion side but was unfortunately cold. She sent this straight back and believes that it was microwaved and given back to her so she refused it. Me and my other friend was so hungry we had no choice but to eat the food. We pulled this up with the waitress and if im honest she couldnt have been happier to help. They dealt with the situation very well. We was offered a discount on the food and extra roasties. I can say that when eatting the roast the gravy was good but the potatoes were not good and the lack of food on the plate for 19£ put an overall sore taste in our months. The way the staff handle the complaint was second to none so on this basis i will be returning to the restaurant just probably not order a roast. If the price wasnt so high there wouldnt be such high expectations. Maybe something to consider for the future."

"I was staying in the hotel which is in the same building as the restaurant, which is also open to the general public, although the restaurant does not open until 6pm every day, the time I arrived for my meal, so was almost the first to be seated. I ordered one of their Meal Deals (Starter, Main, Drink and Breakfast at a set price, with an upgrade of a dessert, charged extra, but at a discount. There seemed to be only 2 young waiting staff available for more than ½ an hour and the restaurant was busier at that time than I 've seen here before. the extra staff member did not seem to stay for very long ! My starter, which was perfect but was brought to my table by the chef. which I thought was unusual but by then then the 2 waiting staff were running around doing everything at a busy time . After that I then had to wait 30 40 minutes for the main course to arrive. I had changed the chips to mash and the fish was laid on top. When I lifted it up, the skin was burnt, some bits being charcoal, which had dropped onto the white mash discoloring it. As the fish looked OK, if a little dry on top, I accepted it, deciding that, as I had been waiting for almost an hour, I didn 't want to wait for another hour to get an acceptable meal. I suspect that the fish had been cooked properly and then kept under a lamp until someone was free to bring it to the table but I did comment on what I thought of it when the waitress cleared the plate. (I think she was new to the restaurant as a male colleague was explaining everything to her. She apologised (but it wasn 't her fault ! and I asked her to let the Duty Manager know. Did they come and apologise ? Of course not !!! The waitress came back and said that I was to be offered an extra, free, glass of wine, but as I had already had enough alcohol, I turned that down. She went away again, returning with an offer that I would not be charged for the dessert a reduction of £2 on a bill of £25.99. As it was that or nothing, I accepted On my way back to my room, the hotel receptionist asked how my meal was so she got the full details, poor lady ! She apologised again and said she would inform the hotel management, but nothing came of that. Maybe someone in authority will read this review and make contact ? Fortunately, breakfast went smoothly !"
