I found the display and the card only after we had already spent £50, which was disappointing. Additionally, while discussing my experience, the manager brought up an inexperienced employee who was just a couple of feet away behind the bar. It's frustrating when points aren't recognized, especially when there should be better communication among staff. Overall, it's a great place to eat, but there are some areas for improvement in customer service."
