Today we opted for the "white map" menu. and it was a real happiness. foie gras, espuma small peas, merlu, calf ris, pina colada revisited. everything starts with a beautiful presentation, a real research work in tastes, a masterful cooking and a always fair seasoning....We enjoyed the use of seasonal products, reasonable rates and all this work on every plate .félicitations !"
