It's always a treat for eyes and taste buds. my favorite restaurant I take a lot of fun to make discover! One thing is on a list of an address not to be missed!

Au Vieux Moulin is a treasure hiding in a Vosges Mountain valley. Cozy ambiance. Excellent french food. Professional service. Worth the drive. Highly recommended.

rather traditional restaurant with a decoration that I find old-fashioned. The kitchen is good but classic, nothing original. Unfortunately, the service is very slow, 4h for a menu. Anyway, I don't recommend it, unless you have one afternoon to lose.

just super from the beginning to the end of the fine dishes an elaborate presentation of flavors of taste all to make fun. pleasant service smiling, bravo to the young waitress for her relevant and professional explanations during the presentation of the cheese tray. She made us travel for a few moments in france and elsewhere. Thank you for this good time.

we have recommended this place to some friends from us at the weekend and they were thrilled. it was a special occasion and they wanted to celebrate it together with their family members. they were not disappointed, quite in the opposite! each of the 7...courses proposed in the menu balade was a leak for the palate and the eyes! I can't expect to go back there myself!

We had the chance to have lunch for the second time at the old mill. Today we opted for the "white map" menu. and it was a real happiness. foie gras, espuma small peas, merlu, calf ris, pina colada revisited. everything starts with a beautiful presentation, a real research work in tastes, a masterful cooking and a always fair seasoning....We enjoyed the use of seasonal products, reasonable rates and all this work on every plate .félicitations !
