"Unfortunately, this restaurant is no longer what it used to be when I first started visiting years ago. It was once my favorite spot in the area. A couple of months ago, during a visit, the food was disappointing, but the biggest issue was when we noticed the bill was incorrect—we were charged for items we never ordered or received. Yesterday, I went back with a party of three. We ordered three drinks, including a latte, two hot chocolates, and three apple pies. To my shock, the bill came to £49.65! I paid and left, but my husband was taken aback by the amount and checked the prices posted outside the restaurant. We should have only paid £22.10! No one approached us to correct this. When I returned to inquire about the bill, the girl at the register calmly admitted that she had given us the wrong amount. This is outrageous! Overall, I no longer recommend this place. The staff was unfriendly, there's a high risk of being overcharged, and there was a lot of dog hair around."
