"pity! vatertag brunch with 8 people and not a thing has gone smooth today morning drinks delayed, eating delayed, ordering missed or partially complete. an absolute shame. remarkable that restaurants can be busy during the holidays, but this level of service was/is simply not acceptable. No one really seemed to take care of and stick to the tables and was just firefighting. tables around us had problems, no cutlery, drinks were not delivered and only partial orders were brought out. you said that no tassen are clean or available, shortly after ordering, for our hot drinks I feel the organization and prep for the whole restaurant together. no manager were visible or to talk to hand, and we felt really sorry for the waiting team that made the dizzy for a complete lack of management and structure. After it was over an hour and a half there, some drinks just never showed up, even though they followed several times. an absolute scandal, because eating is really very nice. management, that is for them to sort."
