"There are three labelled vegan ramens on the menu, plus a few side dishes. We had the crispy tofu bao buns to start. The tofu did indeed have a lovely crispy texture and the sauce was tasty, but the other components (tomato, lettuce, cucumber) watered everything down a bit, unfortunately. Visually, it could have used a bit more care to make it look more tempting too. I had the white natural ramen, which had a lovely savoury, creamy broth with loads of flavour. My partner has the spicy natural, and loved the kick to the broth. In both dishes, the portion of noodles was generous. The toppings were a bit boring the tofu didn't have any flavour, and the broccoli was a fun change from the usual bok choi but was a bit tricky to manage. Overall, we felt the exciting broth was a bit let down by the toppings. Service was quite fast and friendly. Everything was easy to navigate and it's a nice bright spot."
