The food was tasty, but the portions were small given the price. I ended up leaving still feeling hungry after eating two plates, which was disappointing.

Nice modern restaurant with fabulous tasty food!! Tried things I wouldn’t normally go for and was pleasantly surprised!!! Meatballs were amazing, as were the mushroom balls!! Pig head croquettes were fab and the shin beef curry!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!

I tried the vegan English breakfast and it was delicious. The sausages, hash browns, and black pudding were all excellent. We also opted for the bottomless drinks and I really enjoyed the Earl Greyhound cocktail. The drinks were generously poured as well. Overall, great value for the price!

We went to Elnecot for brunch on the weekend when everywhere was busy and fully booked. They had plenty of outdoor seating and the staff were very accommodating. I decided to try their shakshuka, a dish I had never tasted before, and I was completely sold after trying their version of it! we wanted to try elnecot forever. we booked for silvester as late lunch and were easily disappointed to find that it was just the brunch menu. this was our night and despite the smaller menus and portioning was excellent eating. the kicherbsen and kale hasch was a nice change from the usual vegan offered by avocado toast and it was exceptional worth. will definitely be back to try the main menu.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester. The ambience is great, good range of wines and drinks, good range of vegan options. Really delicious food. I’m knocking a star off not only cos they serve meat, but if you sit towards the back you can smell it from the open kitchen Also, as much as a support the gender neutral toilets, there always seems to be wee on the floors and I wonder prefer one where that isn’t the case.

I’ve had breakfast and dinner here a few times and both are exceptional. I couldn’t rate the food highly enough. There’s lot of vegan choices. Everything tastes great. It’s not the cheapest but it's also really not expensive. Given the standard of the food it's really good value. When it first opened, the service was a bit slow and...odd. As if the staff were trying too hard and weren't naturally good at their jobs. But it's improved a lot and I really can't fault the service now. It's friendly and they do well even when packed.
