"Stay on a beautiful mountain. An important choice of local dishes (and also standard brewery). Sufficient parts and some local specialties based on goat cheese (which walks freely in the street). Price a little high, but the quality is here. The access route is narrow enough in a place. Efforts are paid."

"If you are on the slopes in avoriaz looking for great food, reasonably priced and a warm welcome look no further. Really enjoyed the meal and staff are so welcoming. It's the combination of factors that makes me want to give this place an excellent rating. The food is really tasty and a menu that suits all palates including good veggie options. The gallettes are soooo good! The place is run by a family who go that extra mile. They really care about the customer's experience. Highly recommended."

"Stopped Saturday 18th at 11am. Service was poor and the waiter unhelpful. But the drinks were as usual very good. Paid by card using contactless and did not ask for a receipt. My mistake, as €35 was taken from my card rather than the €22.60 shown on the bill. The waiter was dishonest, it was not a simple mistake, I think he knew and said something to me in French as i left which I didn't understand. Having visited and enjoyed eating at this restaurant for many years I am very disappointed at being taken advantage of. I must say that normally this restaurant is excellent but felt it important to warn people who are too trusting."

"We noticed this charming place as we zoomed by and decided to try it for lunch. Husband had soup bar for 17 euro - selection was cream of mushroom, potato cream and veggie. All were very nice but needed more salt. Daughter had kids menu of chicken cordon bleu with fries for 15 euro. She loved it. I had daily special of pork stew with carrots, mushrooms and celery. It came with roasted potatoes. Taste was ok but again needed salt. Portion was ENORMOUS. Had I known, would have ordered to share. Luckily the other two helped me finish it off. At 27 euro not cheap, but good deal for 2. The only drawback was service. We had to ask 2x for water and then had to wait at least 20min until the server finally looked at us trying to flag him down for the check. Otherwise nice place."
