"We called in here on Monday, the place was so busy, came in the door staff informed us to get a table, what specials where on that day, they where on a blackboard above a lovely fireplace, they then told us when we where ready to order to join the queue, we then placed our order at the bar, we had someone with us with a dairy allergy, the staff explained what we could have on the menu, I asked if the Irish stew had and dairy in it, the girl was unsure so asked the chef, which was great peace of mind, we had a great meal although expensive, and no alternative milk, but what stood out the most was the service and how well the staff deal with the amount of customers, reading some of the reviews, my exceptions where not high at all, but the service the staff provided was great, the women and man behind the bar, had a great knowledge of the local whiskeys informing us of which one they would recommend, and the different barrels they are aged in, it was great as we missed the distillery on our short visit to bushmills."
