Had a great family dinner here. Saw the dolphins in the bay-amazing! Will definitely be back. Beautiful surroundings.

Had family home from America and took them here for a family meal. The food was great and plentiful. Service was spot on. The views are amazing over the bay and surrounding hills and golf course.

Great food, prompt efficient service really good value for money!!! The starter of Brie and fruit coulis was delish. The steak (from the local Kearneys butchers) cooked to perfection. The Irish coffee a fitting end. Speisekarte ansehen

Went out for a meal with friends and we all had a selection of dishes. Mostly fish and steak dishes. The food and service was excellent. The only thing I wasn't so keen on was the fact that your main dish came plated (your vegetables potatoes were not served separately). However, what I got was grand.

It is great to see good food available again in Cushendall Golf Club. We have dined a number of times in the restaurant Dermot is a brill chef and the menu is very varied. Dolores, Ciara and all the staff give great service and there isn't a restaurant with better views for many miles. Not to be missed

The restaurant has beautiful views of Cushendun bay and surrounding countryside. Our food was well cooked, hot and well presented. The service was faultless as we both made slight changes to the dishes as described and everything arrived exactly as we had requested.We also got an excellent bottle of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc at a very reasonable price. Following a long period lacking good full time catering, Dermot Mc Goohan is certainly doing the golf club proud. I had a meal in the Lir Restaurant last night with a group of extremely demanding gourmands me, 3 Italians and a Greek. They absolutely love their food and said that it has been a long time since they have had such a wonderful meal. Service was just right and the price quality excellent. Onwards and upwards. Open to non members so give it a try.

On a glorious June evening is there a better setting than Cushendall Golf Club with superb views over the Sea of Moyle,towards the Mull of Kintyre, Glenballyeamon to the majestic sun drenched Lurig mountain and across the bay to Glenariffe.The food did not disappoint either,from the moment we entered we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff,who recommended the evening specials.The salted chilli beef was delicious,the children's goujons were plentiful and tasty,whilst my chicken curry was excellent.Two desserts and a couple off rum coffees rounded off a fantastic meal.

We returned here after a terrible experience back in 2016, hoping it had improved. It hasn't. Still in need of a food and beverage supervisor only now the food isn't the best. We were one of two tables dining. There were no menus. Instead there was a specials board. I'm not sure how you can have a specials board without a menu. The kids options were rattled off to us. We ordered and our food arrived in a reasonable time. Unfortunately we hadn't been brought cutlery, condients or napkins so we each had to wait while the only waitress brought our plates in pairs and returned for the table settings. The steak wasn't great quality and the large chips were hard and tastless. The dining experience... Speisekarte ansehen
