"Well, where do I start with this other than saying it’s an absolute gem! First off we arrived early (Google has here opening at 5), we parked on the next street a short 2 minute walk away (car park stops charging at 4pm which is perfect), anyway, we arrived at 5 and the place looked closed, I’m so glad I looked inside and saw people inside, I shyly popped my head in and asked if they was open a they said they open at 5:30 and we could wait in the waiting area which was a lovely gesture, we told them we wanted a table for 2 and we didn’t have a booking, and they happily obliged, and even nicer they sat us right in the window in the conservatory with a sea view which was truly beautiful. We could see as service went on how busy here gets and how much these tables are wanted so it was such a lovely gesture to lac us here without even asking. We was firstly asked if we wanted any drinks and if we would like Poppadums and sauces to which we opted for two each, and the selection of sauces were EPIC, and the Poppadums were warm and fresh and not overly greasy like some places. We were given some more time to look at the menu and when the Poppadums arrived we was asked for our main order, we ordered a main and rice each, a bread each and I also got a start to be sent with the main which was fine. The food was absolutely FANTASTIC, I had meat Samosas with Mushroom rice and a mixed Balti which was chicken prawn And beef and it was delicious. I also had a keema Naan, the wife had buttermilk chicken and pilau rice and a garlic naan; and again it was absolutely beautiful. The service was polite and didn’t overly bombard us asking if we wanted anything else or if we was ok which is what I prefer. Overall, we enjoyed beautiful food whilst enjoying a beautiful view and it was the perfect end to our holiday and if we are ever back down there we will certainly be back. Thank you."
