"we happened in this restaurant and had dinner two days in a row. the first night we got a little before and second of land and sea. exquisite. to note that my partner is vegetarian and was indulgent by changing a second based on fish. the water was served immediately. selection of flawless wines, we drank a great greek dive first delicious, especially fish (gragnani with red prawns with yellow cherry, stracciatella and pistachio.) I would have done great. my partner tasted the friezes to porcini mushrooms, nuts and whiskey back, also this exquisite. seconds: I tasted the tuna cut at the two sexes with caramelized onion, what to say. Good. My partner opted for the octopus with cream of chickpeas, mussels and clams. we asked stefano, the boy who served us, if it were possible to change the dish and remove the octopus. we were satisfied and the chef added other products. impeccable service, stefano was very careful to serve us and advise us. We went back the night after we took the pizzas. my partner tasted the vegetarian and I a blue mar (with salad of bruschetta polip, petals of porcini scalded mushrooms, cubes of avocado, citronettes, lemon zest.) the pizza was served with a buffalo in the center and the avocado was in the form of sauce and not cubes. in general excellent pizzas. In conclusion I find a great restaurant. we liked pizza cooking more. We'll definitely come back. a thanks to stefano for the friendliness and professionalism."

"It was a long time since I wanted to try this place and unfortunately I regret it! I go to lunch with two my friends, small room, very attached tables and those sitting near the bathroom door (we) risk a door with handle in the face at each entrance. We order as a appetizer a mortadella and ricotta meatball, a meatball with cutting fondue and nuts and a meatball of broccoli with cream of beans and onion chips (chips never arrived). My (mortadella and ricotta) were good, cold fridge while I would prefer them a little more at room temperature, but good. Those artichokes with fondue I think were the best of the three, while those of broccoli were cold and even these would have been more tasty if at least lukewarm. They bring us some bread inside a paper bag, which would be pleasant if the bread was perhaps made in the house and warm, while here it is 5/6 small slices of a supermarket baguette cut and not even hot..... At this point begins an infinite wait for the main dish, three rain meatballs. Expected not justified by the number of people in the room, even them in perennial wait. The maid was never seen (there were two people in the kitchen plus a waitress). I left with a good idea, but the more I stayed in there and the worse. Here comes the main dish, already less than lukewarm: 4 meatballs with tomato sauce and peas (buone), 2 meatballs of sausage and beans (buone), 2 meatballs of chicken and saffron (not finished because whipped, cold and overall unsuccessful), 2 meatballs mixed with potato chips (leaved in the dish because unmanageable). The last two types of meatballs gave the idea of industrial, taken from a bag of frozen and made to heat badly. At this point a 'snerving wait' began. We kept the finished dish in front of about 30/40 minutes. No one came to take it away or ask us if we wanted anything else is that I wanted to move them alone on another empty table. Also from the other tables I perceived the mood for the wait, two boys who wanted the coffee left without even asking for too much wait and no one in the room to ask, another two complained about the wait and we began to space. After centuries the maid asks us if we wanted a dessert and we order a meatball of ricotta, coconut and nutella. These good ones! After more than 2 hours sitting at the table without reason, we go to pay and the account has left us allibite: with 3 bottles of water 32€ per head! You crazy! A bottle of water from 0.75 costs 3€!!! Covered 2€! Never! Go elsewhere, for small, cold, industrial meatballs, bad service and waiting is absolutely not worth it!"

"We discover F52 almost by chance, looking on the web, wanting to make a dinner in a calm, cozy and refined place, characteristics that we discover distinguish the restaurant F52. It is the restaurant connected to the Forlanini 52 hotel, but it lives independently. It is located in a famous industrial area of Parma, which could twist the nose but... that guarantees in my way to see 3 key winning aspects: easy parking (so also accessibility , a definitely non-tourist menu as in the usual restaurants of the city center, select clientele (no noisy boards . At the F52 then you do not go by chance: you go if you want to taste excellent dishes, modern and also refined, mainly based on fish in a modern and elegant place. The cost of course is medium-high, especially if you want to try crustacean dishes such as Catalana or sea bran (red and purple shrimp, curls, tuna, etc.). But the raw material is really of quality, and it is of value also as it is treated, without destroying it or covering it. Crudits, for example, are natural, without heavy marinades, and are supplied apart salts or sauces to season with pleasure. Catalana is really opulent with an excellent vegetable bottom and then a triple of crustaceans, including lobster and lobster. Good service, also with supply of clamps and gears. It is not, however, the typical lemon sage to cool off the hands, ok the cutlery, but it is impossible not to use the fingers Note of merit to the sweets, beautiful and good, made with preparations of level, making them tasty but really light. Also the list of rum and whisky is really worthy of note, with the presence of products such as Martinique's agricultural Rum or the excellent Nikka, Japanese whiskey: only note on distillates, knowing well the price to the bottle, I must say that they are a little too overweight. The amount served is perfect for not spoiling the tasting, but a few euros less per serving would be necessary since they are all products easily available. The service expressed by the waiters and the owner has been of high level (we do not forget also a small entrance offered during the wait , kind staff and really very attentive to every need. In conclusion it should only be said that it is a maximum voting room, with negligible details missed, but where we will definitely return to taste all the menu "
