"Our waitress was lovely, and really polite and courteous. The food was delicious and up to the standard of the Priory. My only suggestion would be that regardless of what front of house staff are doing, it would be nice if they simple great customers when they first arrive before continuing with what they were doing. Rather than leave arriving customers to wait until front of house had finish what they were doing. A simple’Hello, welcomeI’ll be with you in one minute’ would be all that was needed. Just a suggestion. The Priory never disappoints."
