"If you're about to get there and you want to experience a different gastroexperience experience, without having pocket blood, tondeluna is a must visit for you. some already call the new paniego francis project (restaurant étaurren, ezcaray) and his wife luisa as the tavern of the future, a new concept of restaurant where you can taste high cuisine, creative cuisine, at a truly reasonable price. the local, excellently located in front of the square of the spur, is very new, and rejudges modernity and warm, relaxed atmosphere, on the four sides, you could say that it is an open restaurant, like the mind of the owners, and that it is noticed. they have wanted to give them signs of their own identity, differentiators to the local, and that the trait and character are printed in every detail: sustainable wood, appropriate colors, long tables to share openly, kitchen in sight. Tondeluna is different. and what they have achieved is really magical, unique, they have approached the high cuisine to the people on foot, people who otherwise could never taste this kind of delicious dishes that are served in the most elegant and fashionable restaurant.
