"the picture above is not correct! but the real pub on Oldham Rd is lovely, we have not been in the Yew Tree for about 15 yrs, but it has definitely changed for the better, We booked for 3.00pm today, very quiet when we arrived, looked very clean modern, not overly so, comfortable, the food was excellent, service was good, the place started filling up about 4.00pm, nice atmosphere too, roast beef dinner was very good, nice and hot! my huband had the steak pie also very good but huge, my mother in law had the special which was fish pie, she said it was delicious, as the portions are very big, my mother in law shared a sweet blackberry apple crumble custard yummy! We will certainly come back, our waitress was a delight! had to mention her as she was very nice Stephanie Stephen Scholes"
