"We visit Constantine several times a year and have never had an issue with the food or the café. However, today we encountered a very rude and unhelpful staff member. It was quite warm, and we needed some tap water for our dogs. We noticed that the water in the restroom was warm, so we politely asked if he could fill up our dog’s water bottle or if he had access to a tap. Unfortunately, he rudely declined, even though he was filling a bowl for another dog. Acts of kindness shouldn’t be too difficult to offer, especially when you’re already paying premium prices for a toasty. As a result, we decided to go somewhere else for lunch."
