"eating was very good. had the raw fish as an appetizer and red snapper sicilian wise to share as a entree. both were delicious. only disappointed they served to the evening meal gloomy that contained milk, although I had clearly indicated that I was lactose intolerant. one of the few restaurants that do not have allergen indications on the menu."

"We were so looking forward to experiencing this restaurant at the Timeo, but we were disappointed. Of course, the setting is beautiful and the waitstaff was attentive. But, the food? Meh. I don 't understand how they merited a Michelin star. They asked what kind of food we liked for the special tasting menu. We said beef and seafood. So, every course was either seafood or vegetarian (no meat). Each dish was served at room temperature and none of it was special. In particular, we did not care for the eggplant, which appeared to be pureed. Here 's what we liked: the bread and the wine (the sommelier was great). And, the dessert was fine. We were told that they were making a price reduction on my meal because I did not eat it. But, that never happened. We were happy when the 3-hour ordeal was over. We 've stayed at the Timeo twice before. We 've never had an experience quite like this one. My $25 meal at Malvasia the next night was better than this tasting menu."

"bad experience in 10 days sizilien 1. in the main dish longustinen they forgot one of the most important ingredients: tomaten. as it tasted like nothing when we complained, we got some cold tomato parts 2. Lasagne had no taste at all. lasagnes of super markets are much better 3. coviding rules are nowhere, we saw waiters giving the customers hands. only positiw is the location a must skip space."

"absolutely fantastic dinner experience. the location on the terrace, with views of the bay and the vulkan etna are incredible. eating was spectacular and the service was even better. my wife and I traveled with our 2 yr old son who came to dinner with us and the chef and the server went out of that to make him feel special. I was not sure if the restaurant would be suitable for such a small child, but they ensured that he felt welcome and he had a great evening meal. the ätna spaghettoni and the pomodoro and sesamemeer bass were absolutely delicious. the complementary amuse-bouche bites were also so kreatiw and tasty. although the restaurant is a bit expensive, it is worth it. if I have the chance to visit taormina again, I would definitely try to return to principe cerami"

"we booked a table for 4 people for Saturday night. the lady who answered the phone asked if we wanted to eat at the restaurant or in the pizzeria. unaware of this separation of sectors, knowing that my friends had already suppered here and had eaten both pizza and fish dishes, I tell the lady that we would eat pizzas, fish appetizers, mussels and fried fish. Then the lady answers that we were at the pizzeria. They're sitting there and giving us the menus. 'There were only pizzas and some snacks, but not what I said we'd like to eat at the lady on the phone. the waiter kindly calls upstairs and let us transfer the table. climb, without giving any comment on the situation, we are withdrawing dry from the lady at the entrance saying we had booked for the pizzeria. to which I reminded you of the interrupted call and says ' absolutely no, did not tell me this! I don't want to ruin my evening I preferred not to comment further, but it was very disappointing to hear us give liars considering that when we made the reservation we were together and everyone could feel.
