"It takes a while before I will write a rave review for any restaurant. But for this place, there has to be something said. The location is not stunning like some other agriturismos we went to and we couldn 't even sit outside because there were quite a few mosquitos. The interior of the restaurant is simple, nothing to write home about, but my gosh the food!!!! And that 's why we 're there, right. My husband had their signature dish, the sliced fried beef sizzling on a hot plate and it was great. My son and I had fresh pasta and we all started off with a plate of cooked meats, cheeses and olives. To sum it up, it was heaven on earth. Just the type of food you want when you travel to Italy. This place is so low key, I believe it must be a favourite with the locals. The service was very pleasant, but not obtrusive. Please try it out, the food is just great!"

"Abbiamo scoperto questo locale grazie a una app, durante il nostro viaggio a Urbino, fatto per approfittare del ponte dal 22 al 25 aprile. Il locale è molto luminoso e si potrebbe dire 'polifunzionale ', visto che, oltre a pizza al taglio e pizza alla pala, offre anche servizio bar. Ad accoglierci e a seguirci, con grande disponibilità e un 'amabilità fuori dal comune, abbiamo trovato Noemi, che col suo sorriso, ci ha spiegato il menù. Abbiamo gustato: olive all 'ascolana anelli di cipolla pizza alla parmigiana (mozzarella, pomodoro, grana, melanzane grigliate) panino capriccioso (mozzarella, prosciutto cotto, funghi trifolati, olive, carciofini) 2 tartufi bianchi, di cui 1 affogato al decaffeinato 3 birre Heineken analcoliche. Il costo finale di 33,80 € è stato assolutamente conveniente. Complimenti a tutti e un grazie a Noemi"

"It was a few years that I wanted to try Carbonella in Rio Salso. Finally a few days ago I had the opportunity! Just a few seconds to figure out what we're talking about, a place where, even if you've never been, you feel at home in the real sense of the word! The welcome of Mattia and Martina is warm and sincere but at the same time professional. It's between friends. You go from a few chats to get to know the exact description of the delicacies that are cooking in the kitchen. And in the kitchen there is no normal grill.. there is Josper an oven-grille of Spanish origin that allows to grill, toast, smoke with vegetable coal creating an unparalleled juicy and crisp final product. (I don't know exactly the characteristics but Mattia will explain to you. Clearly in the kitchen there is also a great cook, Isidoro that we had the opportunity to get to know quickly at the end of dinner. Given the pleasant temperature we had dinner in the garden. The serene atmosphere of the room also facilitates the chat between the tables, so that our children have escaped to play in the lawn with the children of other tables Ah yes we also ate! Ascolan olives stuffed by hand space, tortellini cacio and excellent pepper, cascioni to the vegetables recipe of the grandmother of Martina and clearly a steak, I think of brontosauro, of a higher level. On sweets you can choose randomly so you go on safe! And the wine proposed by Mattia made us enjoy the evening even more.
