"had pre-booked. the table was right opposite the kitchen so that constant coming and going from the staff. room was cold (it was very cool outside). platz was very busy and tables too close together, so when the customer moved behind me his chair, he would knock into my....Wand to ask for time for a drink. I had a steak; asked to cook it medium. it was rare. Wife had fish and chips. she left most fish as she was underoccupied (and felt sick the following day). Usually they are asked how their meal is while eating. No one has spoken to us (probably too busy elsewhere). when I paid the bill, the managerin was very apologetic and agreed not to calculate me for the drinks and also reduced the bill of her also asked if someone had spoken to us while we ate the meal. I told her they didn't. was here several times in the distant past and enjoyed it. not this time."

"We went to this restaurant to celebrate a family member's birthday. There were four of us, with two of us being first-time visitors and the other two revisiting after over four years. As soon as we arrived, we were impressed by the atmosphere of the restaurant, especially the fish tank by the piano. We started with drinks, followed by starters, main courses, desserts, and coffee. The Frito Misto platter for two was a standout starter, while the bread and whitebait and mushroom and cream crostini were also delicious. For mains, we had the Chateaubriand, the Tipperary Mixed Grill, Pollo Involtini, and the Stroganoff with side dishes, all cooked perfectly. Even though we were already full, we couldn't resist ordering desserts - the Caramel Cheesecake and Lemoncillo were both beautifully made. The staff were attentive and polite, making us feel special and ensuring we had a wonderful night. Thank you, Tipperary, we will definitely be back soon to try more from your tempting menu."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! It is authentic, cozy, and welcoming. Every time I return from Hawaii or the mainland US to visit family, I make sure to stop by because it always exceeds my expectations. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is delightful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I can't get enough of this place! Just be sure to order extra spicy, as the spice levels are adjusted for a milder palate. I highly recommend this restaurant to any Asian or Hawaiian individuals craving a taste of home."

"Yesterday when I tied some fish and chips. just before I prove that someone moved the fish in the cabinet with bare hands instead of using tongs as they would normally. When I mentioned this to them, they said they had. use of handsanitary. Really? how long? what was touched between the hands that are cleaned and the foods treated like that? I decided not to have the fish. I won't go back there, either, because I'd rather go somewhere where the practice of the right food hygiene. it does not help that the food I got was lukewarm. no good experience."

"Dear team I don’t know if you are going to provide me a solution or it’s just gonna be ignored like Uber eats did. So, this may go as a feedback or a complaint depends on how the owners respond. We had ordered cheese keema naan , Reshmi kebabs and some more items via Uber eats on Sunday. The keema that was delivered was without cheese and secondly keema naan was of red color !! Who on earth provides keema naan and Reshmi kebab as red color?? This May be how you guys offer but there was no description of any beet root coloring agent in the menu. Even kebabs were offered with an omlette, red in color and it wasn’t chicken for sure!! For us , it was like did we receive wrong order!! Because among all the items these 2 were disappointing big time. Anyways we approached Uber eats and they merely closed the concern by responding to contact the merchant. It’s been 4 days and there’s no response from merchant either It simply showed how Uber is incapable of resolving customer grievances and not bothered about customer using back their service. And same goes for merchant."

"I have not written any criticism for some time, so apologize for those who like my reviews all over the world! I myself and my daughter (the vegan is) visited yesterday after lunch and had coffee and home vegan strawberry rippel cake, it was amazing! as my daughter. return to someth...a hive from large vegan restaurants. we decided to visit in gaia for food and took the last available table in the garden shed caffe! 2 sheer milk coffee, an breakfast muffin and an breakfast burrito (by the way, I am not a vegan or vegan, but love to try with my daughter when she is home)....OMG . I am so glad that we have the chance to return this....tiny/pretty/quaint etc....excellent mum and daughter flee...as I eat"

"Without doubt Leanne and Danny’s Sunday lunch is the best in the county and you really should book in advance to avoid being left watching everyone else tuck into the fabbie grub.(even teh veggie stuff is cooked separately). Very welcoming atmosphere , happy to let in dogs and all decorated to a good standard. The menu is good, varied and Leanne does an amazing job and the food is served all day.. Its also very good for veggies. If you want a light lunch the soup and rosaries are just smashing. Its also a good spot for sport (footy/rugby /cricket) and has an incredibly competitive Bingo night on Monday Decent wine list and good range of beers including guest beers . Great brunch menu if you book in advance So if you are visiting the area for work or leisure, this is a great find."

"We always stop by this restaurant to pick up our kebabs on our way back from work in Warwick. They are always open late and have our food ready when we arrive after placing a telephone order. We enjoy the Chicken and Lamb Shish kebabs, and sometimes indulge in a bit of donner as well - all delicious. The pittas and salad are always fresh and tasty. It would be nice to receive a smile from the person working behind the counter, but considering that most customers are drunk at that late hour, a smile may not be a top priority for them - and it wouldn't be for me either."

"I am absolutely appalled by this restaurant. My parents have actually reached an incredible 70 years of marriage but are now virtually housebound. Unfortunately neither myself or my brother were able to be with them so my brother in Germany phoned and arranged a take away meal from Emperor to be sent out to them. They were given a time of 7pm and warmed the plates, all ready for their nice meal to be delivered. They live in Leamington itself. The restaurant rang but said they had the wrong address. My brother would not have done this! Tfey said they couldn 't find the house so my mother said put it in a taxi which they wanted £7 for. The meal eventually arrived cold after 8pm. They found it all far too difficult to heat up and sort out and threw 80% of it away. They had a totally ruined evening and ended up 'celebrating ' their 70th anniversary with cheese and biscuits. I am appalled. The restaurant were told about the reason for the meal and completely let down all the family. We have had family meals from there before but will never go or order from there again."

"we should first go to kayal, which is directly on the road, but as they had to wait long, we ended up at sabai sabai. at the beginning, the restaurant gives an amazing impression with its large decor. we were greeted by a humble man who tried to bring the ice with his quirky to laugh, completely broken. he let us sit next to the kamin at the beginning and let us order our drinks and eat until he could sit down. "Looks lovely on the outside but not so lovely on the inside. The table we sat at was a bit dirty to start. The so-called afternoon cream tea wasn’t a pleasant experience. The tea is served in a cup with a teabag and hot water (no teapot) as you’d expect. So I had to place my soggy teabag on my saucer for the duration. The sandwiches were the nicest part, however they arrive on a wooden cake stand which looked very unhygienic with crisps and lack lustre salad placed directly onto this unhygienic-looking wooden cake stand. The cake stand was wobbly with a screw sticking out of the top, where the handle was missing. We got a half a scone per person with the clotted cream already spread thinly on the scone, they were the driest scones I’ve ever tasted (awful) the cakes were also dry, I’d say at least 3-4 days old, definitely not fresh. Overall the worst afternoon cream tea I’ve ever had, and so poorly presented. I can honestly say I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one on this occasion."

"Nandos is always the best place for a quick and budget friendly food. The one i visited at Leamington spa was good. Good interiors and well decorated hall with nicely arranged furnitures. Staffs were hood and friendly. As its located in a market like space (town centre like) no parking just outside the shop but surely theres a common parking outside the same area"

"Was in Warwick for the day and found this place on Trip Adviser (My cousin had reviewed it and he likes great food I wasn’t disappointed! . Think of this like an Italian Ivy sumptuous and great food. The fish menu caught my eye so did the steaks (but I’d had one yesterday and the sea bass cooked in a salt crust delighted that it was served at the table with the theatre of the crust being removed and filleted. We also had the olives and zucchini to start please don’t miss these they are amazing. All in all a great find."

"Really disappointed with our visit here tonight. As soon as we sat down we were asked what drinks we wanted. We ordered our drinks and waited and waited for them. These took 30mins to arrive at our table. Ordered an aperol spiritz which was not good at all. Very blend and tasted like the soda was flat. My hubby took it to the bar and explained. After a few mins the waitress came over and asked what the matter was with the drink and i explained and she came back with 'i made it myself and theres 50ml or each shot in it '. I re ordered something different. After this, someone eventually came to our table and we asked if we could order our food this was at 615pm. At around 7pm we were told something had happened with our food and it would be delayed. We were offered a free drink each. Finally at around 730pm our food came. 1 hour and 15mins after we 'd ordered it. There was 2 steaks on our table and no steak knives were given out. We were not offered any sauces for the chips and my garlic bread was meant to have cheese on it and it didn 't , so I sent this back. My garlic bread finally arrived but I 'd already finished my main so I had to eat the garlic bread on its own. My hubby said the steak was very tough and the chicken was very fake. Food was presented well but this was the only positive. Service was incredibly slow and when you have to young children in the party aswell that did not go down well. No one cleared our table of empty glasses so they were building up on the table and puddings took a long time to come to. Very disappointed with our visit and we feel the money we spent was a complete waste."

"I don't think Ciao Bella knows what it wants to be, Is it an italian, a carvery or a steakhouse? When my partner I visited on a Wednesday we were seated and asked what drinks we would like, I asked what lager is on...tap, they said just Carling, which for an Italian is pretty unusual, was kind of expecting Peroni or tti, but as that was the only choice that's what we had, some water was supposed to come but only the Carling turned up so had to ask for water again, then another two Carling came over and the girl looked very confused that we already had our drinks and then kind of stared at us for a bit from the bar, along with a few other staff, bit off putting being stared at but ok. couple of menu's were handed to us, regular menu and a steak night menu, we wanted Italian so kept with the Italian menu, we ordered our starter which was a calamari to share, really greasy and loads of garlic but edible, then mains we both had penne pasta rustica, it was alright, but unfortunately loads of garlic again, ingredients seemed like the cheap processed meat but again was edible, staff only came over to ask if everything ok with the meal once we had finished. Toilets had no toilet paper and we were one of the first in to be seated so obviously hadn't been checked, the decor is weird, seems more like a tiki hut kind of place rather than somewhere you would visit in Italy, although it was clean and well kept. Shame as I really wanted this to be a regular place we could visit as there aren't many decent Italian Restaurants around the area. Didn't have dessert as we were getting a bit paranoid being stared at and the not so great food and service, won't return but hopefully they can concentrate on being an Italian that serves good quality food and drink with good service in the future."

"We as a family and friends (prior to Covid) have had many meals and special times at the Ruby and have never had a poor experience [except for the spare ribs selection playing spot the meat]. Usually good food and cheerful service. Having the overwhelming...urge I yearned for a Ruby. The urge was so great we decided to try the Ruby takeaway. Well Ruby what are you playing at? We spent over £35 on a selection (except for the spare ribs as we knew they would be pants). How wrong we were. The entire selection of food was awful. The Yuk Sung was anemic, Satay Chicken dry and shriveled, Beef and Cashew nuts (in tar) was inedible , Chicken and ginger and spring onions. The chicken tasted and felt synthetic, Crispy Seaweed was simply wet cabbage. The only part of the meal that was acceptable was the rice (and Prawn Crackers and we didn't even order the crackers). The food was NOTHING like the food we have enjoyed withing the restaurant. Ruby you are doing something different and WRONG for your long term business and customer retention. You only score 1 star only for the fact there is no zero."

"We were driving back up north after a weekend in London and wanted to find a locally run place that did good pub food. The Granville Arms is ~5mins off the M40 and super easy to find. It was a Sunday so we had beef and a lamb Sunday roast and they were excellent. The staff were friendly and prices reasonable too. We could definitely visit again next time we're down! If you've got a long drive up north and prefer to avoid services this is a great choice. Thanks all!"
