"first night in Vienna and wanted some schnitzel. this place was close to our apartment and since we'd been on the road all day we weren't interested in roaming too far. nice place, was able to eat outside (much cooler than inside, which had no AC). waitress was very friendly. we ordered the veal schnitzel, figuring that it was the best of the 3 choices (veal/chicken/pork). nearly 2x the price for veal, but what the heck - if it's touted to be the best, let's go for it. turns out the veal was overdone and a bit dry. very disappointing. had pork schnitzel in a small town in the Czech Republic (Tabor) and it was delicious. so unfortunately, our first meal in Vienna turned out to be a downer. can't speak for the rest of the menu, but I'd stay away from the veal schnitzel at nearly $22."
