Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente sind schön und vielen positiv auf. Uns wurde eine Auswahl an Aperitifen angeboten und wir haben uns für 3 unterschiedliche entschieden. Danach wurde uns das Konzept und die Karte erklärt. Man kann zwischen 6 und 8 Gängen mit oder ohne Weinbegleitung wählen. Wir entschieden uns 2 mal für 6 Gänge ohne und einmal für 8 Gänge mit Weinbegleitung. Vorweg gab es hausgemachtes Brot in Muffinform sowie 2 Grüße aus der Küche. Geschmacklich waren alle 3 Appetizer auf gutem Niveau. Danach starteten die Gänge mit und ohne Weinbegleitung. Die Speisen waren jedesmal schön angerichtet, handwerklich gut zubereitet und geschmacklich überzeugend. Die Weinbegleitung zu den Gängen war stimmig und passend. Als es dann Richtung Hauptspeise ging wurde die Wartezeit zwischen den Gängen leider etwas lang und überschritt 30 Minuten deutlich. Geschmacklich waren aber auch die Hauptspeisen als auch die Nachspeisen auf einem hohen Niveau. Vor der Nachspeise gab es nochmal einen kleinen Gruß aus der Küche und auch dieser hat geschmacklich überzeugt. Leider ist in der Getränkekarte kein Hinweis auf die reichhaltige Teeauswahl und wir haben erst relativ spät mitbekommen, dass es diese gibt. Es müssen nicht alle Tees aufgeführt sein, ein Hinweis reicht. Der Früchtetee ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Preisleistung ist angemessen und wird dem Aufwand sowie den Gängen gerecht. Die Weinbegleitung ist preislich auch in Ordnung. Die 4 Sterne vergebe ich aufgrund der oben genannten längeren Wartezeit bei den Hauptgängen. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant empfehlen und werde es bei einem passenden Anlass wieder nutzen.
