"three of us arrived on a Saturday evening. Got a table pretty quick, great start. Firstly the good stuff, the pizzas are huge. Now the rest. We ordered two pizzas and one plain spaghetti. I asked for Salami to be added, to which the waiter...was quite aggressive. We ordered three beers, to which three small beers turned up. One of the Pizzas, was basically charcoal, completely black. The Spaghetti turned up with clams and tomato sauce. The lighting was so dim, I couldn't see if the salami had been added on the second pizza. We ordered two large beers, but they never materialised. As for the spaghetti, my friend speaks many languages fluently and the waiter dismissed her calls for it to be changed. All of a sudden, he returned, snatched the dish, and about two minutes later returned with the correct order. (amazing how quick they can cook it). As I tucked in, the centre of my pizza was raw dough, not great, but just about edible. finally after a reorder, two large beers turned up. After we finished, we sat for about 20 minutes trying to attract the waiter for the bill. Most of the staff were too busy chatting amongst them selves to care about the customers. In the mean time, the music was suddenly turned up, so we had to shout to hear ourselves. I got up an asked for the bill. No response. After another 15 minutes, I shouted for the bill. It finally turned up, but basically thrown on the table. We sat for a further 20 minutes, to question the bill as we had been charged for three large beers. In the end three waiters walked past and deliberately turned their heads the other way. Maybe I was in the wrong, but I whistled to get attention. This really upset the waiter, but it worked. he marched over started ranting about the rudeness, saw a credit card and dabbed the machine on the card. Luckily, a pin was need so the payment didn't go straight through. Would I return, NOPE. Would I recommend. NEVER. Terrible food, rude staff and at 30 swiss francs for a pizza, way over priced. AVOID this one."
