"Short: restaurant, heavy rain, waiter open tent without warning, drench patrons and food with water, all staff decides to ignore patrons who asked him to stop. Management contacted ignores patron __________Long: Few weeks ago we had a very strange interaction where due to pouring rain they openend, without warning, the tent outside drenching everyone in water... as our just served food. After yelling them to stop we were comoletly ignored by the waiting staff. To have a sit inside, to order more drinks, to order dessert and even to pay they acted as we were not there for 1 hour. We could pay just by standing up money in hand and walking to them. It seems to have been a surprise for the waiting staff that patrons (i) don t like to be drenched by them opening the tent and (ii) that we prefer our food without 2 liters of water on top. All this could have been avoided by just the guy telling us : sorry I need to open the tent there is too much water on top of it, please can you move your stuff on the side/or come inside . How difficult is it to have this limited communication with people? Following this I wrote to the hotel for an explenation. I was ignored. I would sugest to use the same tactic than they use on patrons. Not the drenching part just the ignore part Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1"
