"Went to the theatre and wanted somewhere to eat beforehand. Saw the photos of the restaurant online along with a menu. Restaurant was in a hotel which was not clear from the pictures which affected the ambience a bit and the menu was different which was a little disappointing; the wine choice was also reduced. Ordered from the new menu and when my starter came realised that 3 ingredients had been omitted from the description of the starter all of which I am allergic too. Sent back 3 times and they still didn’t manage to get it right no apology and still charged even thought I couldn’t eat it for bruschetta read ‘bread’. Steak was £30 and not great ended up taking half home for the dog. Chicken overcooked and dry. Overall disappointing and will never return"

Very friendly staff, nice fresh food. We dropped early, so there was not much ambience as there were few other diners. There were some noises from the bar downstairs that was more busy.

Birthday celebration, found via the meerkat meals app. 10/10 customer service and the food was incredible. Our waiter Filipe couldn’t do enough for us then surprised the birthday person with a gorgeous birthday dessert.

great place near waterloo train station to meet for food and a catch up. it was not quite sure in which building atrio was like the park plaza county hall opposite the park plaza it was in the former, there is also a bar down with tables for eating so thought that this was the restaurant. the restaurant was upstairs and not very busy. the waiting staff was really efficient and attentive and eating was easy, but made with big ingredients where the veg actually tasted by veg instead of water. was impressed by the simple menu and the taste of everything. the ambiente of the restaurant would be better suited than a place to go after meeting than a full in the night, but they could not mistake th...
