Afters Croydon - Speisekarte

Massive variety of delicious ice creams and cakes which is well presented but slightly slow service. It needs refurbishing.

This restaurant is only concerned with taking your money. The portions are small and the prices are high. You can find better value at a supermarket.

This will be the final time I order from Afters. They show no regard for online orders, simply fulfilling them halfheartedly. The items never look like they do in the photos on Deliveroo. Speisekarte ansehen

Ordered a delivery on just eat , was very disappointed with the portion size as it was expensive. £13.50 for 2 scoops of ice cream an overdone cookie This was also delivered by a man on a push bike so the ice cream was slightly melted.

I ordered food from Croydon Afters and it was great. Best service from this store. Very happy with the food I have ordered for 6 people and everyone loved the food/ waffles,crepes and milkshakes. 100% would order from this Afters Croydon again. Very happy. :

Arrived here at approx 10pm and was turned away because “they are closing and can only do takeaway”. On here it clearly states that this branch closes at 11pm. I would understand if it was 10.30 and the staff need time to close down the restaurant, but turning customers away a whole hour before closing time (with no other customers in there) isn’t good customer service. Just seemed like the staff was more concerned about going home early. Looking at previous google reviews this seems to be a recurring issue that clearly hasn’t been resolved. Speisekarte ansehen

Walked in to afters and had to wait five minutes for the shop keeper to actually come back to his shows (we was left in the shop unsupervised), then we placed are order once it was ready instead of the waiter bringing it to us he called us over and told us to collect if from the till which was outrageous because he was not even busy we was the only ones there, then he got are order wrong we asked for geleto he gave us ice cream once confronted about it he said it’s all the same definitely won’t be going back there such a shame the place use to be really nice if I was the owner I would get rid of his terrible staff.

just ordered utterlynutty cold stone ice cream by ubereats in croydon branch for my birthday today and requested to change the scoops to cappucino and ferro rocher instead which they did not bother to read the notes and the nuts on it were stale did not tasted right like when they have been kept for really long time not fresh and another icecream called chocolate fudge brownie in which icecream tasted sour which is not right . really disappointed and spoiled the mood for my birthday i have given the review in trip advisor . they should cancel the order and issue the refund, really spoiled my birthday by having the horrible icecream from here, tried calling them but no answer

We had wanted to try Crepes Cones but it was closed. Insteat, we saw the eye-catching colors of Afters and decided to give it a try, thinking it would be similar to other dessert places we enjoy. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered the Ferrero Rocher waffle and received a stale waffle with chocolate sauce and mixed nuts that seemed like they were leftovers from a bargain bag at the grocery store. The Ferrero Rocher was nowhere to be found. My husband's Very Berry ice cream was overly sweet with a red sauce that was too much for our teeth, although the fresh berries were a highlight.
