"september 2022, expression menu with wine pairing that eating was overall fantastic, with some small misses thrown. considering how seasonal the menu is, I would bet that at another time of the year a completely different experience would be. the menu went nicely forward, started slightly and fresh and ended with an amazing fish course and a great lamb course. the dessert was a beautiful end, but did not match the experience of the remaining menu eating in agape was left off by the service. we were a big party (8,), but we have rated in other restaurants that are in this class with much better service. the front of the house seemed to be underoccupied for a whole house. they seemed very weakened with service, often without explanation food or wine to put on the table. more than once we had to call the server to ask what we were presented. we had a diner with a shellfish allergy (which they asked and recognized) and she got a mussel course. they replaced the curs after we remembered them, but that was clearly not their best night of service overall I would be willing to give them another attempt based on eating, but I was disappointed about the service."

The menu was creative and varied. We especially enjoyed the veal/shrimp tartare, the fish course and the dessert. The wine recommendation was excellent. The pace of the courses just right.

We had the lunch card of 54 euros, which is specially created for the Fork Festival. The price was quite reasonable considering that it is a 1-star Michelin restaurant. We were very happy with the food and service. The only criticism I have is for the dessert whose taste was a little flat.

We had the Carte Blanche anniversary tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was amazing with the exception of two dishes (which were just fine). There’s room for improvement on the wine: no sommelier, the wine is not poured at the table and there’s very little explanation what wine you’re drinking.
