Chef Fabrizio greeted us with a smile and a lot of passion that breaks in his dishes, well beyond expectations. All local products and its garden but managed with wise hands. The beauty of the dishes and the taste left us basic and we felt pampered from the beginning to the end. To return to taste and surprise us once again! Thank you.

In a secluded and discreet location, Fabrizio spoiled us with excellent dishes. Her undisputed chef skills convinced me to order even dishes that I initially thought they didn't meet my taste ... she amazed me as always. We stayed at lunch in this lovely restaurant in the middle of the green. As soon as we arrived we saw the garden from which the vegetables are collected, immediately before the preparation of the dishes, without passing through the refrigerator. A concept of peasant cuisine, which combines high catering (because of this it is), to the informal spirit of the trattoria (the portions are abundant). The chef pampers you with his dishes not only delicious, studied in detail, with sophisticated combinations, not delicious and banal, but, above all, with a truly fantastic reception spirit. I mean, a unique experience, to try at least once in life. Thank you very much.

There is no two without three.... my goal is Calabria, but in truth Fabrizio’s “house” has become the true purpose of my journey. I have already written in previous reviews, both of the place, of the structure and of the food and of the reception. So I will talk about man: I would define him as a lone genius, I found him even more determined in his creative dream, despite the adversities do not save him, the last the terrible hail that destroyed his magnificent garden. But don't worry he's already reserving and restoring. I was at lunch in this small corner of Paradise along with family and some friends. We found chef Fabrizio who welcomed us in a very courteous way, pampering us with his delicacies. Personally I really enjoyed potato dumplings at Parmesan ash and pork sauce as first course and the crunchy pig aligot as second but I had the chance to taste also the Spanish blonde cow picanha chosen by my wife and, I must say, that her goodness left me really surprised. It's not over though: the dessert was something unique. That frozen hazelnut biscuit with blackberry jam will not forget it so easily. Actually to lick the mustache. To finish two words about Fabrizio: it was not only a great chef but, exchange...

We went with friends to Foglia, a very small village in Italy for a walk and looking for a restaurant for lunch we were curious about the reviews of this farm... All 5 stars.... well... worthy and there was a sixth. I would have given that....the farm is small, immersed in the green...the chef welcomed us in a small simple environment but with a refined mis en place, ceramic tiles and wine glasses... and his smile, his friendliness, his authenticity put us immediately at ease....it was not the classic lunch at the restaurant...
