Un grazioso agriturismo a pochi chilometri da Varzi.. Menù a prezzo fisso con varietà di piatti casalinghi. Un valore aggiunto la simpatia e cortesia di Roberta e del suo staff tutto al femminile.. Consigliatissimo...

Un posto trovato per caso online per passare un paio d'ore fuori dal caos cittadino. Assolutamente sorprendente. Menu fisso composto da 2 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 secondi e un tris di assaggi di dolci... cucina non elaborata, ma che ti fa sentire davvero a casa. Molto gentile il personale e perfette anche le tempistiche tra una portata e l'altra... alla fine del pranzo abbiamo mangiato in maniera sostanziosa senza sentirci sazi da non respirare. Tutto perfetto.... provate ;

10 giugno 2023. abbiamo festeggiato il nostro 50° di matrimonio all'agriturismo LA FUGA di VARZI. È l'accoglienza e la gentilezza di Roberta, già dalla prima telefonata, che mi ha portato a decidere. Luogo confortevole, curato, luminoso, piacevole. Ottime pietanze, antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni, dolci, acqua, ottimo vino della casa, in una atmosfera familiare e gioiosa! Un grande GRAZIE a Roberta e tutto lo staff di sala e della cucina! Ho gustato ogni piatto, sempre abbondante, in particolare lo gnocco fritto, asciutto, caldo, morbido, buonissimo abbinato all'eccellente salame di Varzi della casa... Torneremo presto, si sta proprio bene! BRAVA ROBERTA!!!

Abbiamo scelto,su consiglio di amici di festeggiare il nostro matrimonio a La Fuga..che dire non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Location calda e intima Personale gentile come del resto la padrona di casa che ci ha accolti in maniera calorosa Cibo super!!! I culurgiones fatti in casa hanno sorpreso tutti i commensali, gli agnolotti al brasato delicatissimi , affettati di prima categoria,il roast beef si scioglieva in bocca e il coniglio arrotolato una squisitezza.. Non abbiamo fatto la classica torta nuziale ma abbiamo optato per i dolci della casa che al solo pensiero mi viene ancora l'acquolina tanto buoni che erano .. Consigliatissimo Roberta sei super Alla prossima occasione..

Families come from all over the region for the Sunday dinner and its wonderful to see 3 or more generations sitting down together, talking and enjoying each other's company. Avoiding the seen-it-all-before Italian food can be hard in this beautiful country. ..But not this time! La Fuga gracefully combines unmistakably fresh local ingredients with a smart and colourful approach to traditional food. Their dishes are not ornately presented but beautiful nevertheless.
