"Tutto molto buono, grande e fatto in casa. Va alle migliori pizzerie gourmet in circolazione che fanno solo scena, qui sono serie. Davvero molto buono, vado da quando ero piccolo e non ho mai cambiato corso, sempre prodotti eccellenti e QUALITA' a prezzi MODIC, anche perché qui hai perso un po' la sintonia con i costi per una pizza. "L'Inn è rimasto nel tradizionale stile rustico toscano con un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il posto è circondato dai boschi di Camugliano e fauna selvatica, con incredibile pace. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto locale, molto ricco diverso dal classico antipasto toscano. Come un secondo abbiamo preso un taglio con il lato di patate arrosto servito su un piatto che consente di cucinare un'altra carne se non si preferisce il sangue ma leggermente cucinato. Abbiamo anche assaggiato il vino prodotto da loro, leggero e poco dolce, che era ben sposato con il taglio. Il personale molto gentile, nonostante abbiamo presentato senza prenotazione e con la camera completa abbiamo trovato un angolo intimo e tranquillo solo per noi due. I prezzi sono leggermente alti, ma considerando la posizione al di fuori della città nella tranquillità della natura e la qualità dei prodotti a km 0 merita davvero di andare!"

"First. I’d like to address the reviewer who thought they were singled out for being American. I asked (in Italian) if the hostess spoke English, which she did not. I was able to ask for a table for two in Italian. Please note we are now at a total of six words in Italian, so it is not a heavy lift. I don’t mean to be rude but these are good phrases to know if you are traveling in this area as this is not a large city. She instantly knew what we wanted, we pantomimed to sit outdoors. Then, we did wait a few minutes between receiving the menus and being able to order. However, it was clear to me that they were waiting for the waitress who spoke English to be available, I do not think we were in her section. This lovely young woman was very accommodating and answered any questions we had, Graziemille! Food and wine arrived quickly and was excellent. Prices are very fair. This was a nice casual meal and it was a good sign that so many Italian families were dining here. Mangia e buon fortuna!"

Our experience was made even more enjoyable by the lovely waitress, Laura, who demonstrated exceptional kindness and went the extra mile to assist us with translations. Given our food allergies, the staff was impressively accommodating, ensuring our dining experience was both safe and enjoyable. Our culinary journey commenced with a delectable plate of local cheeses and meats, setting the stage for the culinary delights to come. The Florentine steak, a highlight of the evening, boasted a crispy exterior and impeccably cooked interior, leaving our taste buds in awe. The homemade pasta infused with truffles was nothing short of a revelation; it undoubtedly claimed the title of the best truffle pasta we've ever had. The generous amount of truffles in the dish elevated its flavors to another level. We were fortunate to witness the culinary mastery of the owner and chef, Michele, whose talent shone through every dish. In the end, our evening at La Sorgente was a truly wonderful and memorable experience, filled with exceptional food and warm hospitality."
