The tasting menu dinner was excellent. The food was imaginative and prepared well. The regional wines recommended by the sommelier paired very well with the food and enhanced the dinner.

4 stars and not 5 just because the local is not open for lunch. for everything else, service, courtesy, location, choice of dishes, kitchen, all very well, certainly advisable. average prices, sin for parking (the area is drastically private, perhaps it is better to leave the car on the banks, or the right park san, and to take a small walk, which after dinner can also be pleasant. )

In the last month I had lunch and dinner for a total of 2 times in this very pleasant place, with rooms inside and possibility to stay also outdoors . excellent combinations of ingredients , very well the choice of wines, courtesy and rapidity in the service . excellent value for money, here the level of the dishes is gourmet, including the excellent desserts . the reservation is appreciated especially on the weekend.

We visited the restaurant on our first night in Trieste having been up since 4.00 a.m, so just wanted something to eat and then go to bed. The food was so good that we instantly felt refreshed! The menu is quite small but the chef knows how to extract the most flavour and balance in the dishes we tried. Their sommelier also matched each course with some really interesting wine choices.
