Had the 10 course vegan tasting menu everything was amazingly presented and tasted fantastic. Staff were really lovely and attentive offering explanations of every dish and serving everything at the perfect time.

had their 10-course tasting menu and was quite disappointed. I had very high hopes, but the courts were a disgrace for me. it started with the amuse bouche really strong, but the nets and desserts were not sure whether it was a bad menu.

I can't praise the staff enough when I go. we were greeted with courtesy and friendliness. we had couples of weeping with our meal and rebecca was so knowledgeable and informative about the weeping that it really improves the meal experience. we chose 7 courses and were full, but not unpleasant. each curs was a complete taste and texture feeling. I can't say that we all enjoyed everything because we have all tasted different, but we appreciated the detail in everything we ate. a wonderful culinary experience in a fantastic environment, served by people who know what they can read, and a passion for the place where they worked and the people they worked with. a real tasty bite with 5, 7 or, for the very hungry, 10 courses. we went for 7 complete with amuse bouche and thick crust bread with olive oil butter. alex has always been happy as a main event in many of his bond dishes, so we look forward to a fully plant-based meal and quite so! while we did not get the full on the theater of liquid nitrogen, the mousse that dazzled our fellow humans, there was no sense that our menu was in some wise secondary. delicate textures, visually stunning and beautiful aromes. highly recommended for a tasty bite and a trip to nottingham for vegans outside the opposite. nottingham dances over his weight for vegan farewell! updated by previous review on 2018-03-06

Great place wish I found out about this place sooner! It's in what I believe is an old wine cellar converted into a restaurant. It has an open style kitchen so you can see where all the magic happens. The food is fantastic with great combos of flavours and attention to detail. Went with a vegetarian friend and she enjoyed it very much. Sometimes you get very generic vegetarian dishes but here they were well thought out and interesting. My highlight was the ice-cream dessert; chocolate, salted liquorice and beetroot. Don't usually like liquorice but this was fantastic and added texture as well. alchemilla is an intelligent, fine restaurant with meat, vegetarian and vegan tasting menus. choose from 5 (for lunch only) 7 10 courses with or without wein pairing (the wein pairings are also vegetarian/vegan accordingly and the sommelier when we have visited at all was a vegan so they can be sure they understand this). I mentioned that I was vegan when booking and checked that the wee pairings would also be vegan. they are well booked in advance, especially for Saturday nights, but we chose a 1.30 watch slot on Saturday and that worked really well – especially as we decided for the 10 courses and so it was over 3 hours. the employees were friendly, informed and attentive, without disturbi...
