Delicious food and substantial servings. Our waiter was attentive and helpful and the restaurant is in a great location, close to the Spanish Steps but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

It's a beautiful typical Roman place a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps; fresh fish, especially mark the fried pumpkin flowers and the beautiful bresaola with the pink grapefruit. To try also for the particularity of the place. Speisekarte ansehen

I ordered the stuffed zucchini flowers and they used a beer batter which was greasy and tasteless. I also order a veal dish which was over cooked and dry. I was very disappointed. My boyfriend had a seafood dish, the mussels, clams and shrimp were so small they were almost non-existent. We will not return.

Easy to miss this place because it is tucked away around the corner from the Spanish Steps so although the area is busy most people do not stray off the main tourist routes. We were most impressed by the service, so many places give the impression that they are fed up with tourists and uninterested . Food was delicious and nice range of wine with reasonable (Rome restaurant) prices

we ate twice in this place at a distance of about fifteen days. the first time was all very pleasant: great food and service (the light vegetable fried we returned the second time, we ordered the same dishes, but the experience was a little disappointing. all dishes were intrigues of oil and fat. the waiter who served us was friendly and friendly, but not all the staff was just as much. In Piazza Mignanelli at the foot of Villa Borghese, under the look of the Madonna, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna is a typical Roman restaurant with refined delicacies cooked at the moment and served by waiters to the hand: try the crispy and never oily fries. We were nearby this restaurant so decided to book for our first night, when we arrived it was fairly empty and we wondered whether we should have bothered but it soon filled up. The decor is just like a theatre set, so imaginative! We ordered soup and seafood salad to start and balsamic tuna and veal in white wine go or mains. The portions were large and the food very well cooked and flavoursome. The tiramisu was lovely too! We found the best wine choice slightly limited but a minor point.

My husband and I visited Alla Rampa a few days before and had a wonderful early dinner. During our visit, I saw a dish someone at another table ordeed that looked delicious. I wanted to return so I could order the same meal. On our last night in Rome, we visited Alla Rampa again. From the moment we sat down, we had a tenable experience. We never had an opportunity to look at the menu. We wanted to start with a bottle of wine. We had a wine at another restaurant the day before that we loved, and we were trying to get something similar. The waiter kept suggesting very expensive bottles or wine that were well over 150 euros.
