Posto incantevole e minimal, musica sottofondo, si riesce a conversare …… non c’e’ rumore. Abbiamo provato il percorso da 5 portate consigliate dallo chef, inutile che vi dica che le portate sono tutte PAZZESCHE; il personale ti coccola dall’inizio alla fine.

We had a really nice dinner with my wife. The menu was original and really tasty. The service was impeccable, and the server spoke french, which was better for me : We are sure we'll be back in this restaurant one day, during our next stop in Rome. We recommend you to test it!

the potential is there. among the appetizers, the brulèe cream was very good, but both the first and the second, both very expensive, were a little flat in the flavors. the service not very good. the modern minimalist location, welcomes in a room some thirty covers. the service is entrusted to a young maitre very attentive assisted by a good waiter. the menu, definitely relocated and is tending to the nouvelle cousine gourmet. original and delicious the four amuse-bouche offered as entrée and good chef's grissini. The wine list, also limited, provides a little too high and could accommodate at least one craft beer for lovers of the genre. we had dinner well with carefully groomed veneers. no type of seasonal fruit, average account.
