Excellent choice of dishes, from traditional ones to others mixing different types of ccuisine. We were well guided in our choice by a competent waiteress. You can also buy local products (oil&vinegar onions, bergamotto spirits, jams, honeys) at reasonable prices. The restaurant and producers of mentioned products belong to cooperatives against Mafia.

Whatever good comment you see for AMAL, just believe it! We had the AMAL antipasti which I absolutely recommend, it is in fact enough for two. Also the fishpolpette very very good in delicious tomato sauce. Then the Involtini di Spada... A MUST!! And the mixed fried fish and calamari were great but after all that good food the portion was too big for me. I also recommend AMALs housewine, nice and slightly fruity. Next time in Roccella we will go again!

We started with a shared antepasti selection which was delicious and not the usual standard collection of items. Seven individually crafted creations ranging from a tender octopus, potato, tomato, carrot dressed plate to a bean hummus topped with two prawns, caponata, cheese soufflé and more, all excellent.
