Regular food, normal place, normal price, service good. it is not a bad place for an average menu in fouras.

Shahrazad Restaurant offered a Groupon valued at $30 for $15 My girlfriend and I dined there on a Sunday night in March 2013.

Excellent pizza and sea food. Service excellent and staff friendly. Would definitely recommend. Families are welcome and they ave a children's menu. Speisekarte ansehen

We stopped here for lunch on our way to La Rochelle.We both had pizzas that were well cooked and had a good toppings.Service was fine and our waitress was friendly.?would eat here again.

Had read some poor reviews, but thought we would try the tapas, as might be better. Big mistake. Assiette de charcuterie was fine, as was the tapenade legumes, but the rest was disappointing. The guacamole was out of a jar, patatas bravas just some warm potatoes with some mustard ..... Enough said.

I ordered what I was informed was cheese filled Peppers and it was fish and potato filled. Not amused as allergic. They offered to replace it and the replacement arrived half and hour later.. And was gross - tasted of plastic. Back round the corner to Le Sablon for me, where the quality is decent. Oh also the 'local' wine is grim. Speisekarte ansehen

We were pleased to find a good welcome for Monday dinner as other sea front restaurants were shut. was extremely warm day fans did help keep us cool on terrace. Food was ok nothing exceptional but waitresses were run off their feet as more and more people were squeezed in as tables rearranged. we were considering dessert but left after main as customers getting cross as service slow due to limited staff and we felt uncomfortable. Later returned for crepe in bar down stairs and atmosphere much more chilled watched an amazing sunset.

Went a couple of times with the family. Each time we all had pizzas, which I must say was absolutely lovely. Desert the first time was a chocolate crepe - not particularly interesting. Second time my dessert was a gorgeous sorbet...very nice. Portion of chips each time ranged from a tiny amount to a small amount.But... it took an hour to get our main courses from arriving each visit. It was midweek so it wasn't that busy. Ran out of drinks each time and nobody asked if we wanted more. The first visit we had a lovely waitress that was pleasant and smiley and tried a bit of English and listened to my rough French. Second visit we had a waitress that couldn't smile and looked like she had just...

Sadly I did not look at Trip Advisor before we went here and now having eaten there I can understand why it is rated as 22nd out of 24 restaurants in Fouras. The position is lovely overlooking the beach and bay but other restaurants offer the same with much better food. My starter of three types of salmon was OK but by no means special as I had one slice of smoked salmon, 2 small slices of gravadlax and a small quenelle of salmon pate. Dull but OK. I ordered the lamb - one of the two meat dishes on the set menu - but at one o clock it was off. I changed reluctantly to the pork which was nothing short of dreadful. Cold, fatty, tasteless and I left most of it. My wife fared a little better wit... Speisekarte ansehen
