American Fried Chicken And Pizza

These guys delivered 45 mins late and offered no compensation or discount. Food was cold so difficult to judge. The driver was rude and the people in takeaway were not very helpful.

I noticed that there is a new owner at this restaurant now, and they serve delicious fried chicken and fresh, hot wings. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back next week. Thank you and see you soon!

Have been using this place for years, and the pizzas are as good as any, but about a third of the price if you get them at lunch time on the special menus, and half the price of elsewhere in the evening. Never had a bad pizza from here. Can recommend it Speisekarte ansehen

Oh dear either there not set up for busy times or they dont know there cooking times all the chicken ordered was well overcooked hard and chewy chips were good but not what the main order was pitta bread was to hard and not sure what the mixed kebab was about mixed with what ? Will have to give a miss dont have many takeaways and wont be if like this.

I ordered from this restaurant last week and the pizzas were undercooked and doughy. My husband enjoyed the mixed kebab, but when we ordered again tonight (without pizzas), he said the kebab was awful and had no taste. He even did a COVID test to make sure. We will never order from them again. I could forgive the first time, but not the second. It was a waste of money.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant because they only accept cash and do not have a card machine. Instead of offering an alternative solution, they asked for my telephone number to send bank details, which I declined. They then pressured me to use a nearby cash machine that charged a fee. I prefer to use card for purchases and expect businesses to be transparent about their financial practices. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will advise others to do the same. Have used AFC for years and has always been very good but since the new cook(I can't use the word chef) has taken over the food quality has declined rapidly to the point where we will not order again. 1st order the pitta was so hard and chewy(probably microwaved) it was inedible 2nd order the chips were hard and chewy 3rd order the chilli sauce would strip a pine door in seconds and the last order we had the kebab meat must have been reheated under a grill or microwaved as it was all hard,dry and tasteless. Please please please bring back the previous cook a 5 year old could do better.

I had been there a few times but always found the staff to have poor customer service skills, but kept going as the pizzas were great. One time I rang up and clearly ordered a pizza to have half of one ingredient and half of another ingredient but when I turned up it wasn't correct. I politely said that I had definitely asked for specific toppings on the phone but was basically told that I was in the wrong/had asked for the wrong toppings. I think in most places they would just correct the order but they didn't and I had to pay for a pizza I didn't even want. Never been there again as this experience really put me off.

very rude staff used them a few times won't bother again something what was a simple mistake by a staff member there and very easily and quickly corrected and all we can here receiving our food is the shop on the phone to the delivery driver calling us allsorts and kicking right off shouting and going about us and the driver apologised and was nice knew we heard it word for word ... just the management that's the problem zero customer service skills I did call the shop to ask what the issue was as all was sorted and obviously I was greeted with the old playing dumb trick and it was all denied won't be spending my money there again Speisekarte ansehen
