Very beautiful location, surrounded by greenery and with important fountains. Bring stellate, light and tasty, with innovative incursions. Great experience. Assuming that I was a guest, when you eat in a star restaurant I find it trivial to comment on the account. Unique neo: improved service

We went to celebrate the 18 years, bad service, removed water glasses before the cake, fret waiters to go home, took the dishes while the guests were eating. Served coffee only after express request otherwise they would not be brought. I absolutely disagree, we expected much more for the type of restaurant.

There are no words to describe the location, lovely place they managed to realize our wedding flawlessly, not to mention the eating of first-choice products and excellent service from appetizer to desserts. We celebrated Sunday the baptism of our Ludovica, we felt welcomed in an atmosphere of refined elegance combined with the kindness and attention of every particular or need, starting from Elena and all her staff! Mise en place exquisite! All accompanied by an exceptional cuisine, from the anticipators to the cake of the anniversary to the dessert buffet was all superlative!! It was our first time at Aminta and it will not be the last! Congratulations

My husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding at this wonderful resort and we could not make a better choice. everything was perfect, from start to finish everything was taken care of in detail, very rich buffet and great and fresh food. Result? a month away we still continue to receive compliments from our guests for the chosen location. Thanks to Elena and all the staff for making the most important day of our special life, and thanks to chef Marco Bottega for delighting our palates.

I was lucky to attend this location in multiple situations, in its evolution from 2011 to today.. . lunch, dinner and wedding, Events. What to say well defined environments, courteous and attentive staff. The chef can best advise the customer. Great friendliness and conviviality of the staff in different environments. What do you mean? !...The professionalism, the goodness of food, the beauty of the location with gardens, swimming pool, fountains, waterfalls, the small grove, the great Fontanile and the beautiful white room inside... I don't have words, guys. The sweetness of Elena, Marco, Alessio and all the staff in following step by step, minute after minute all the time of the reception, we spouses and all the guests. We decided to make the wedding lunch at this property. Famous and beautiful location managed impeccablely. Untiring staff. During the menu tests, they were able to recommend us also on wines. Completely affordable price for a wedding, these days. Cordiality and precision here are at home. Great food and plentiful. The head of staff, Elena, is very helpful and a truly exquisite person who puts himself at the service of the customer. The cook, Marco Bottega, cooks dishes. We celebrated our wedding at the Resort and thanks to Elena and Marco and their wonderful staff was everything as we dreamed, indeed even better! Elena is of a unique sweetness and she knew right away what we were looking for. We were 240 guests and the speed with which they managed to satisfy all out-of-program requests was commendable. Needless to talk about the food, professionalism and fame of the chef is enough to make understand the quality of every single course and especially the appetizer. We wanted to really compliment all the boys who worked that day because they were amazing, always with the smile despite the tiredness and the thousand demands. Ps: the brides' suite is the cherry...
