The food was brilliant. Delicious and well presented. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Kid-friendliness: We ate outside, the kids played in the little play area and we had the outdoor heat lamps around the tables for when we were eating. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Very busy, staff were very polite and helpful, highly recommend them for a meal any time of the day, we used them for breakfast , lunch and dinner over the three days we were there. Slow service despite early arrival, manager with an attitude, food below par. We definitely are going elsewhere for dessert. Attached picture of the “loaded” nachos. I’m letting you appreciate the special homemade salsa on top of dry tortillas. First visit since the rebranding from Brewers Fayre. Staff friendly. Food basic, but hot and tasty. Service slow. Toilets poorly maintained. No locks on cubicle doors. Lukewarm water for hand washing and even colder air for drying. Dietary restrictions: Allergies and other requests catered for. Parking: It's car park. Plenty of space. Enjoy the freedom. I was unsure what to expect from here given the overall score it got. We were presently surprised by the lovely experience we had. The service was great with a very friendly waitress and quick service. There was a great choice on the menu with something for everyone, especially vegetarians. The food overall was delicious, I had the vegetarian lasagne, which was really tasty, just a little bit overdone. My Jam rollypolly could have done with a little less time in the oven, too.

Where to start? We arrived at 12pm so it wasn't busy, the gentleman behind the bar made it feel like an absolute chore to even serve us a pint. We then waited for over 40 mins to order food, as there was literally nobody behind the bar so we were waiting on the waitress coming over. I much prefer to order at the bar but here that seems it isn't an option. Food took nearly an hour to arrive, microwave grub and I was then charged £6.50 for two kids portions of chips, a handful each in a tiny bowl. We then went to the outside play area, it was especially lovely seeing the kitchen and FOH staff sat behind a poorly built fence, smoking and chatting while the pub was full of people waiting.
