I was very disappointed with my experience at Verjus. I was looking forward to trying it out and was excited when a friend recommended it for brunch. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations and I do not plan on returning.

I had the best Beef Wellington I've ever tasted, and the dessert trolley was a fantastic addition—there's always room for dessert, right? The service felt quite old-fashioned, and the atmosphere was a bit too quiet for a lively experience, but the food was absolutely delicious.

Absolutely mind blown, the menu was out of this world and catered for vegetarians with the best most exciting dishes rather than the same old pasta and risotto. Ambience is perfection, service makes you feel like royalty! This is our new favourite place and can’t wait to come back for the festive afternoon tea very soon! Speisekarte ansehen

I entertained a visiting US colleague in the Cliveden Dining Room. We both went for the tasting menu (AKA The Great Cliveden Journey accompanied with paired wine from the Sommeliers’ Cellar Selection It was fabulous not just the quality of the food wine but the unique atmosphere and superb service. My colleague said it was the best night he 'd had for a long time : Truly a memorable experience Highly recommend.

If I had to pick my favorite type of cuisine, it would undoubtedly be fine dining. It's a lavish excuse to enjoy plenty of champagne while dressed in my finest velvet jacket or occasionally a sleek bow tie. Fine dining offers an experience where you can truly indulge. The André Garrett restaurant at Cliveden House Hotel is perfect for this. The dining room is a stunning work of art, and the hotel itself feels more like a palace than a mere house.

Came here for the vegetarian tasting menu to celebrate our anniversary. We don 't normally go for fine dining as often it feels like some kind of awkward charade where everyone sits in silence for fear of breaking some obscure unwritten etiquette, however we both felt very comfortable here. The views are spectacular, and the venue is truly extravagant. The staff were very friendly and treated everyone equally, so we felt very welcome. Everyone was super on top of the COVID-19 measures, ensuring masks were worn at the appropriate times, hand-sanitisers were used etc. The food was excellent, each of the 7 courses was impeccable, definitely worth the money.
